That would be an interesting change. If that's not what's happening, then I don't see how anything would change about availability - you'd still get the runes while you were in Moria content, and you won't need them anymore once you reach Mirkwood, because you won't be able to use them for anything other than farming relics. Are the runes becoming unbound? That would be an interesting change. If that’s not what’s happening, then I don’t see how anything would change about availability – you’d still get the runes while you were in Moria content, and you won’t need them anymore once you reach Mirkwood, because you won’t be able to use them for anything other than farming relics.
