A Casual Stroll to Mordor #13: Chat with Patience and Sapience
Posted on 19. Nov, 2009 by Goldenstar in Episodes, Episodes from 2009
This is a very special episode of CStM that we are so excited to share with you. We have Turbine’s Senior Community Manager, Patience and Online Community Specialist, Sapience. We talk with everything from their roll at Turbine to Siege of Mirkwood to how they are really the same person… or are they? We do know for certain that they at least share socks.
They were very gracious to sit and answer all the questions you guys sent into us.
This show is slightly different from our other shows. We did not spend time covering the news and such because we were so eager to get this interview out for you guys to enjoy. Plus the interview alone was lengthy enough that if we had started our typical rambling you guys would have likely had a four hour show! We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed recording.
Thank you very much to both Patience and Sapience for taking the time to chat with us. We were extremely flattered when they agreed to be on the show. Just more proof how amazing Turbine and their employees are!

Unfortunately we do not. This was a voice chat. I’d have to manually type up a transcript.

Thanks so much for this. Not sure I’ve ever listened to a podcast from start to finish (kinda like the audio vrs reading thing) but I really enjoyed this. Looking forward to more.
OH! And after having seen the duck army around the register, I was seriously wondering if he really went around with a bunch of ducks. Was an odd thought for sure and glad to have an answer, lol.

This is the best episode I have heard so far in any LOTRO related podcast, not just yours. Thank you for thinking this up. You are doing wonderful stuff here.

Hi guys, just found your podcasts and listened to all of them in reverse. You guys do a great job, and its always entertaining. Great questions in your interviews and I enjoyed getting to know more members of our community and Turbine staff through them.
Have fun getting to 60 and beyond.
Cheers

Yes, thank you so much for listening Gilpharas! We’re doing our best to hit 60 (now 65), but the big challenge will be getting out of stinking Moria!
