WarCry Dev Chat

Tonight WarCry’s LOTRO site hosted a developer chat with Orion, Sapience, Jalessa, jwbarry, and Graal. I have to say that overall I was impressed with most of the answers, although every answer spawns at least 10 more questions. I have to say that I both enjoyed the chat and respect the developers for taking the additional time during their day to come out and answer the community’s questions. It was also great to see some familiar faces in the chat room. The transcript can be seen here.
We also have our own transcript available in PDF form here.

Key things I was happy to hear:
- Traits won’t extend past level 10 so I won’t have to grind further!
- Minstrel healing root is being removed.
- More cosmetic outfits!
- Carn Dum legendary trait items will be able to be purchased with skirmish marks so my alts may get those done!
And from our last episode we wondered if you should wait to identify items until SoM and we weren’t sure if waiting would cause these old items to get into the new LI system. The answer is yes, the legacies are assigned at identifying so if you wait until SoM you will get the better legacies upon identifying. They did suggest identifying it now in case there’s a legacy you’d like that is going away in SoM.
