Sapience reminded us yesterday that January 23rd is National Pie Day! There are several ways that you can go about celebrating Pie Day in LOTRO.
- You can earn the title Pie-Runner by helping Holly Hornblower gather all her spoiled pies.
- You can earn the title Pie-Eating Champion by winning the Pie-eating Contest.
- You can also earn the title Pie Maven by completing the Pie Maven Deed
Even if you’ve done all these things already, you can still enjoy yourself by eating a pie in real life! There’s always room for pie!

It seems there is a special pie-day lottery today on My LOTRO.
You don’t see it on your player page, but you can enter from each of your character’s pages. Win a couple hundred pies and some silver.

I was able to enter them all from my player page – maybe they updated the pages to pull all those. Really like the “enter all” checkbox

Yep, a kinmate tested it and found the same thing. I must have signed up before they had made link to the player page.

I’m such a nerd, I saw the post and thought “Pi day isn’t until March!” That’s right–Pi day is 3/14 to celebrate our favorite irrational number, Pi. I always try and have some pie as well.
