This was our special anniversary episode where we are celebrating our first year of blogging and podcasting! We had Azz, Kiarane, Elborigorn and Orchida join us on the podcast to hear from our writers and their reflections of the past year and their plans for the next year.
This podcast was live broadcast during an in-game event so there are bits of derailment and distractions from the fun activities happening in game.
Stay tuned near the end for a set of bloopers Merric put together from the past year.
It turned out very well. We had a bunch of fun trying to juggle keeping the podcast going, reading the live chat and keeping up with the in-game fun! It really was a great celebration!

Goldenstar, just to clear up some of your confusion: your pet will be able to flank from the time you get pets. However, you can’t really take advantage of flanks until: 1) you get the trait “Improved Staff Strike” which allows you to deal more damage on a staff strike during flanks, or 2) you gain your first “Sign of Battle” skill at level 14 which allows you to heal yourself on a flank. You are so close – if you get discouraged just think of the cosmetic pets
