Just released to the iTunes App store today is the new app called “The Hobbit by JRR Tolkien” by vPoint. The app is quite simply the entire novel of “The Hobbit” to be read anytime you wish on your iPhone or iPod Touch.

Complete Guide to Middle Earth

The Complete Guide to Middle-Earth by Robert Foster isn’t a story you would cuddle up on the couch and read. This is more a reference book. A sort of encyclopedia of Tolkien’s world and the reason I am recommending it is because I believe it is also a fantastic reference for Lord of the Rings Online!

Working Through Volume One

Merric and I have been working with Brynulf to try and complete Volume One. Merric and I were stuck on the last part of book 7 and our friends Kymli and Smashey helped us finish that part. We started on Book 8 with Brynor. We were able do make it through chapter 5 with just the three of us (Brynulf is level 60 which helps a lot).
