A new dev diary was released today but new developer (but not new employee) Ryan “Pinion” Penk and his work with the Yule Festival.

A Developer Diary, written by Joe ‘”jwbarry” Barry, was released today focusing again on the Isengard Cluster that came with Update 5. And although I thought it was strange that we would see another diary focusing on the cluster it appears that while the Roundtable was focused on the process of designing the cluster, today’s focuses on the end result.

In today’s Developer Diary, Brian “Zombie Columbus” Alosio (ZC) discusses the much debated Currency Consolidation that is coming in Update 5 on Monday.

Elliot ‘Avon’ Gilman released a Developer Diary covering a subject that was actually brought up in our recent interview with Turbine, which is the change of reputation items into consumable items.

Leo “Ransroth” Zelevinsky wrote a great Developer Diary about the new Instance Finder coming up on Update 5. Actually, it’s not so much a traditional Developer Diary as much as it is a tutorial similar to Goldenstar’s about how to use the Instance finder utilizing a system of questions and answers that he has received from the community.
