Enter LOTRO Elendir by Andrea Brandi who has created an app that has the ability to find and store characters from My.LOTRO and news from LOTRO feeds such as from the Launcher.

With the migration of our EU friends to join us on Turbine service scheduled to start tomorrow, May 31st, Turbine is suspending the lotteries on the my.lotro system until migration is completed.

We’ve mentioned the issue with the in-game /bug tool in a recent podcast (81 or 82, I can’t recall which) . The problem using the /bug command in-game was the bug panel was .. well … bugged.

I realized that the my.lotro posts in my feed reader recently bursted with content. Current content as well! Looking into it a bit further I see that the “Recent Blog Posts” widget for the my.lotro.com home page also is showing recent posts.

Blogging on the my.lotro site changed quite a bit with the new community portal and things just haven’t been the same.

Have you ever started up Microsoft Windows Vista or 7 and seen a bunch of panels on the right-hand side of your screen? Those are Gadgets (or widgets as they were known in other Operating Systems and software) and now there’s one for LOTRO!

LOTRO Lotteries are making a return in the new my.lotro system today. They currently have a trial run up that ends at 8PM EST so get in there and give it a try.

We mentioned back on Episode 28 that the LOTRO Lottery was having issues and was suspended until a fix was developed. Well today is the happy return of this my.lotro.com system!

I’ve been reading Nidget’s blog for probably over a week now and I’m positively addicted. Nidget has a real talent taking what he did in game and turning it into a funny and completely entertaining story. He can take a quest that we’ve all done (and may have skipped the quest text) and works magic on it.

Added to the LOTRO Lotteries today are new Class Lotteries. Possible winnings include consumables, armor, weapons and even Second Age items! Drawing will be held on Friday at 5pm EST.

A new MMO Calendar supporting St. Jude’s Children Hospital and expanded lotteries are the news of the day from Turbine.
