A Casual Stroll to Mordor

Turbine announced today on the forums that they will be giving away the PAX Pony (Cremello Steed) that was handed out at both PAX East & PAX Prime as well as GamesCom via their twitter account.

I thought a fun way to give away our two remaining codes would be to offer them randomly to a member of our Casual Stroll to Mordor group on the My Middle-Earth.

Last week we asked for players to send us screenshots showing us why they needed the PAX East mount. We received 29 entries and had a really tough choice to make!

The winners of the last week’s PAX East Swag Bundle contest have been drawn and contacted!

We announced last week that starting on April 11th we’d be having contests to give away five PAX East Pony codes via Facebook. We’re going to have to change those plans.

We’ve gathered all our PAX East Swag and even collected some goodies sent to us from Steiner-Davion from DDOCast and are finally ready to give it all away!

Today was a full morning for us at PAX East and when Baby Hobbit and I returned to our hotel room for lunch and a nap, I spent my time uploading the photos I had taken so far for your enjoyment! See all the photos in our Flickr album.

Last night was the PAX East Turbine Party. This wasn’t a press event, just a fun time organized by Turbine for some fans.

Unfortunately our good friend Azz was unable to join us for PAX East this year and Kiarane devised a way he could be with us.

The Echoes of the Dead launch date has been announced!
