So it seems that with today’s hotfix Turbine snuck in a new enhancement that allows you to click on a “Try it on” button on a cosmetic item’s description page to open up the cosmetic dressing room and preview it on your character!

I found this in the Codemaster’s News this morning and wanted to share it with our European friends that read the blog.

Siege of Mirkwood data has been added to the Lorebook as well as some other new features. Yay! Read about the changes in the release notes.

Turbine has plans to upgrade the hardware on the U.S. LOTRO servers that will cause some improvement for us players! They’re currently testing the new hardware on the Bullroarer server and all active U.S. subscriptions are welcome to come and try it out.

As we learned in last week’s Dev Chat, all classes are getting a skill upgrade at level 62. This is the only “new” skill we will be getting in Siege of Mirkwood.
