Here is a friendly reminder that time for the Yule Festival is coming to a close so if there are still items you require or if you’re sitting on a pile of tokens, you may want to go and settle your accounts with the Yule Quartermasters.

Last week I posted a link to Thamorian’s blog with his dwarf dressed up in Yule garb on our Facebook page. Thamorian has his dwarf dressed to look very much like Santa.

In conjunction with the start of the Festival, Turbine has also released a batch of screenshots depicting the in-game festivities for us to share with all of you!

While the Beer-Fight was in beta I took it as not going to go live with the Yule Festival and omitted it from the Yule Guide.

Yule Festival is running this year from December 14th – January 11, 2010. This guide is here to help you find all the events available.

Tomorrow the is the start of the Yule Festival running from December 14th, 2010 – January 11th, 2011. Like the Fall Festival, this event has had some major updates including a whole new area called Winter-home with its own quests and stories.

We have returned from vacation and boy do we have a TON of news to cover! We go over the new Yule Festival Dev Diaries, contests available, all the new store sales, current issues being reported an more!

Turbine is adding some Yule Festival items to the LOTRO store. This is a bit different from the past as these items will be available as the festival is going on where in the past we had only seen festival items after the festival had passed.

Rhidden, one of Budgeford’s cohorts on the Yule Festival revamp, had a very dramatic Developer Diary released today concerning the Festival Plays that we will be seeing next week with the start of this year’s Yule Festival.

We received this letter over the weekend and wanted to share it with the community. It s a wonderful contest available to Kinships on the Landroval server.

Winter is at our doors! Outside, houses are starting to adorn their holiday lights and traditional wreath on their doors

Just a friendly reminder that the Yule Festival ends tomorrow!

Due to the changes to the Yule Festival, this will effectively make your Yule Festival tokens useless until next year as the festival vendors will not accept these tokens until the next Yule Festival.
